Faktiskais līguma darbības laiks tiks norādīts līgumā, atbilstoši uzvarējušā pretendenta norādītajam piegādes laikam un garantijas laikam. Gadījumā ja pretendentam, kuram būs piešķiramas līguma slēgšanas tiesības, līguma termiņš būs lielāks par 60 mēnešiem, tad Pasūtītājs, atbilstoši Publisko iepirkumu likuma 60. panta 5. daļas nosacījumiem, paziņojumā par noslēgto līgumu norādīs pamatojumu tādu apstākļu esībai, kuri dod tiesības iepirkuma līgumu noslēgt uz ilgāku laiku.
