CONTRACT AWARD EIB - Consulting services for construction supervision (RS-Beograd) Amendment No.1 of Invitation for Expression of Interest (‘REOI’) (Supplement to the Official Journal of the European Union, 29.6.2020, 2020/S 123-300529) The client hereby issues amendment to the invitation for expression of interest document. Amendment refers to the following: 1. Item 11 (ii) of the invitation shall be replaced with the following text: ‘(ii) current ratio (current assets/current liabilities) in the last year for which accounts have been closed (year 2019) must be at least 1. In case of a joint venture this criterion must be fulfilled by each member’. Note: As the result of the Amendment, the tables in the application form shall be amended: (i) in Section 3 economic and financial capacity; and (ii) in Annex B — table economic and financial capacity.
