This will mainly include detergents for textiles and equipment in use in the laundry. The textiles may be exposed to stains such as blood, urine, vomiting and faeces with the possibility of biological infectious material in the form of viruses and bacteria. Personnel clothing could also be exposed to ballpoint and ink stains, makeup and other stains that occur on textiles used by personnel in the health sector. See Appendix 1: price sheet and Appendix 2: requirements specification for more detailed information. P.S. Questions will not be answered in the period 11 July 2020-16 August 2020. II.1.6) This contract is divided into lots: no NUTS code: NO051 II.1.4) Short description Tenders are requested for the following product groups: 1) detergents for use in an approved method for chemo-thermal washing, i.e. washing of textiles at 65 degrees Celsius as a disinfectant washing method given in NVK's (Norwegian Laundries Quality Inspection) ‘Industry standard for washing textiles for use in the health care system’; 2) detergents for use in an approved method for thermal washing, ie washing of textiles at 85 degrees Celsius as a disinfectant washing method given in NVK's (Norwegian Laundries Quality Inspection) ‘Industry standard for washing textiles for use in the health care system’; 3) washing and disinfection of equipment in the laundry such as trolleys, conveyor belts, ironing area etc. in accordance with the requirements given in NVK's (Norwegian Laundries Quality Inspection) ‘Industry standard for washing textiles for use in the health care system’; 4) dosing system; 5) recycling system for empty containers; 6) discount on other products for the above listed product groups, which are not listed in the requested assortment. The options are triggered automatically and on identical terms unless otherwise requested by the contracting authority. The contracting authority will have an option to expand the contract with the following products/services: 1) price for service, including travelling and accommodation costs; 2) spare-part stock. The procurement is related to a project and/or programme financed by European Union funds): no III.1.1) List and brief description of conditions Qualification requirement: requirements regarding tenderer's registration. Documentation requirements: tenderers shall present documentation of their legal registration in a company register in the state where the tenderer is established. III.1.2.3) List and brief description of selection criteria Qualification requirement: tenderers must have sufficient economic and financial solidity to fulfil the contract obligations. Economic and financial capacity means that the Tenderer fulfils the following financial key figures requirement: A credit rating equal to or better than B, measured against the AAA Soliditet's scale, or an equivalent score from another reputable rating company. Documentation requirement: credit rating (not older than 6 months from the deadline for receipt of tenders) from an approved credit rating company, based on the last known fiscal figures. The rating must be carried out by a credit rating company with a license to conduct this service. If the tenderer has a valid reason for not being able to present the documentation requested by the contracting authority, the tenderer can prove his economic and financial capacity with any other document that the contracting authority deems suitable, cf. § 16-4, including, for example, a parent company guarantee etc, with a satisfactory credit appraisal that represent an equivalent guarantee for the implementation ability. These alternative documents must be included with the tender.
