It must have characteristics such as:

— cloud-based storage and synchronisation/possibility to work off-line,

— platform independent,

— document sharing and co-writing.

The contracting authority has previously tested Google G Suite and Office 365, and both of these would be suitable solutions.

The contracting authority currently has MSO 2016 locally installed and will retain this for integrations with archive systems and other professional systems.

The contracting authority currently uses Google G Suite in the education sector and will continue with this.
