III.1.1) List and brief description of conditions The tenderer must be registered in a company register, professional register or a trade register in the state where the tenderer is established. The requirement shall be documented as follows: Norwegian tenderers: Company Registration Certificate Foreign tenderers: Verification that the company is registered in a company register, professional register or a trade register in the state where the tenderer is established. The tenderer must have their tax, employer contribution and value added tax (VAT) payments in order. Documentation requirement: Norwegian companies: Tax certificate, not older than 6 months. III.1.2.3) List and brief description of selection criteria Sufficient economic and financial capacity to be able to fulfil the contract. The requirement must be documented with the previous years' revised accounts or a credit rating based on the last known accounting figures. The rating must be carried out by a credit information company that has a licence to perform such services.
