Porsanger kommune and Lebesby kommune [Porsanger municipality and Lebesby municipality] will participate in the competition and will draft their own contracts with selected tenderers. The competition was previously announced and cancelled in 2020. II.1.6) This contract is divided into lots: no NUTS code: NO073 II.1.4) Short description Alta kommune [Alta municipality], in collaboration with Porsanger municipality and Lebesby municipality, wants to sign a contract for the purchase of electric power and portfolio management. The notice will include the entire need for electric power to the three municipalities. Handling of concessionary power may also be assessed as part of the contract. Each municipality will sign separate contracts with the chosen tenderer. Alta municipality's annual estimated power volume is approx. 35 000 000 kWh. There are approx. 1 383 measuring points. Alta municipality is a municipality undergoing growth, and the power volume will therefore increase. It is a requirement that all new measuring points be connected with this contract. Porsanger municipality has an annual estimated power volume of approx. 10 000 000 kWh subject o the use of district heating for four buildings). Lebesby municipality has an annual estimated power volume of approx. 4 300 000 kWh. This gives a combined annual estimate for all three municipalities of approx. 49 300 00 kWh per year. During the maximum contract period of six years it will be approx. 295 800 000 kWh. The contract duration is 2 years + 1 year + 1 year + 1 year + 1 year. With an electricity price of NOK 0.50/kWh the value of the procurement will be: NOK 147 900 000. The electricity price we have used to calculate the value is an estimate and is non binding for the contract.
