The Framework Agreement will be for a period of three years commencing on 4 January 2021 with a maximum budget of GBP 1 000 000. The properties will be used subject to an agreed incentive paid to the Registered Provider based on the property’s size and length of tenancy offered. The award of the contract will be based upon the most economically advantageous tender in accordance with the methodology set out in the Invitation to Tender. There will be no exclusivity requirements for the London Borough of Camden to use this framework agreement, in order to allow Council Officers to make full use of all approaches to locate available properties.
