II.01) Estimated value excluding VAT: EUR 5375000.00 II.1.6) This contract is divided into lots: no NUTS code: LU0 II.1.4) Short description The EIB Group represented by the EIB will enter into a framework agreement with one (1) single service provider to provide the following services: 1) Recruitment and selection tools to pre-select internal or external Candidates during the recruitment process; 2) Assessment Centres (AC) to determine the suitability of internal or external Candidates for a specific position; 3) Discrete Consultancy Services in the fields of selection tools and AC methods. II.2.5) Award criteria: Value excluding VAT: EUR 5375000.00 II.02.07) Duration in months 48 II.2.7.5) This contract is subject to renewal: yes II.2.7.6) Description of renewals: The framework agreement with the successful tenderer will be concluded for a period of 2 years with effect from the date on which it enters into force. At the request of the Bank, the term of the framework agreement may be extended 2 times for 1 year, up to a maximum of 4 years in total. (2 years + renewable for 2 x 1 year). If unhappy with the outcome, tenderers can seek a review of the EIB Group’s reply to the complaint by the European Ombudsman (see https://www.ombudsman.europa.eu Within 2 months of notification of the outcome of the procedure (award decision), tenderers may launch an action for its annulment and/or damages. Any request tenderers may make and any reply from the Bank or any complaint of maladministration, will have neither the purpose nor the effect of suspending the time-limit for launching an action for annulment nor open a new period for launching an action for annulment.
