The work includes, amongst other things, water and sewage, roads, construction, landscape, laying of cables. II.1.4) Short description Stavanger Municipality has prepared an area plan for Atlanteren, plan 2425. The aim of the area plan is to facilitate future development. The development area Atlanteren is located centrally in Hundvåg along Hundvåt Ring (county road 435) and is approx. 280 decares. The plan is for up to approx. 900 houses and reserved areas for public buildings (school, nursing home, nursery), businesses and recreational areas. The area of the residential estate is approx. 104 decares. Parking for the houses must be included in the underground car park. The plan includes a new environment culvert in Hundvåg Ring in order to establish a vehicle-free crossing by the school. It is uncertain when the plan for the environment culvert will be implemented. The area also borders the Ryfast development. The planning area is currently mainly agricultural landscape without notable trees and bush vegetation. There are a few residential properties in the area. The development area Atlanteren will be developed in several stages. The contracting authority will start work on the first development stage with this contest. Detailed development, plan 2577P, for area BB1 and area BB2 build on the area plan for Atlanteren, plan 2425, and represent the first development of Atlanteren. Stavanger Municipality will construct, amongst other things, roads, water and sewage, cycle paths, cycle path with a pavement, footpath with lighting, concrete subway, temporary roundabout, develop a recreational area, and lay cables for the development of the infrastructure for areas BB1 and BB2. This will be called BT1.
