II.1.4) Short description
Rakkestad Municipality calls for an open tender contest for a framework agreement for the purchase of multifunction printers and associated maintenance agreements.

The objective of the agreement is to standardise the installed base and ensure that the contracting authority achieves a cost-effective and rational purchase equipment for use at our units and activities.

The contract period is 3 years, with an option for an extension for 1 + 1 year.

II.1.4) Short description
Rakkestad Municipality calls for an open tender contest for a framework agreement for the purchase of multifunction printers and associated maintenance agreements.

The objective of the agreement is to standardise the installed base and ensure that the contracting authority achieves a cost-effective and rational purchase equipment for use at our units and activities. Note that the agreement applies to new procurements — i.e. that the agreements that run today will be valid until they expire. Thereafter, new agreements, during the agreement period, shall be entered into through the framework agreement provider. This means a sequential replacement of machines during the agreement period.

The contract period is 3 years, with an option for an extension for 1 + 1 year.

The estimated total agreement value, including options, is approx. NOK 3 000 000 The value is a guideline and excluded VAT. This value is not binding for the municipality, nor does it give the tenderer any rights.
