The minimum selection criterion for admission into the Dynamic Purchasing System is successful completion of the ESPD(S). By submitting a completed ESPD(S), Suppliers are confirming that they are able to provide the services referred to in this notice.
In order to be part of the DPS you must complete the attached documents on this notice which will then be evaluated.
If successful you will be included in any NEW call offs if and when they are required
Please also note on previous submissions a number of bidders have stated they had been guilty of ‘serious misrepresentation’ ESPD question [3D15]. All bidders are requested to check their responses to the ESPD questions to ensure they are correct for future opportunities in particularly [3D15]
