They are investing heavily in changing the way in which leaders talk, think and problem-solve together, with a particular emphasis on cross-organisational working as opposed to the risk of silo-working. Overall aim • Work with us to scope what is currently going on within the Health Board Programme Management Office. • Identify what activities/projects are standalone? • Identify what is determined as core business and needs to have Executive oversight • Advise on, and begin to build both a new function and a PMO Academy The contract will be awarded for a period of 2 months at the capped value of £75,000.00 NOTE: The authority is using eTenderwales to carry out this procurement process.
