The site location concerns an area of land that is currently used as an informal car park with a gravel type surface. The improvement works will formalise the parking area. The proposal includes: • 12 Parking Bays including 1 Accessible Parking Bay • An Entry / Exit rotary system for motor vehicles • Separate pedestrian footway within the proposed car park. This will be for car park users and non-users, due to adjoining properties the existing footpath is used by local residents to travel from their properties to other locations within the vicinity.
