Please note that the contract type (II.1.3) is actually Works (decommissioning of old unit and installation of new) as well as services (15 year maintenance agreement). The requirement is for the provision of a new combined heat and power (CHP) unit for Medina Leisure Centre and a subsequent service agreement. The contract will be in 2 phases:
