Part 4B1.2 ESPD - Bidders will be required to have an average yearly turnover of a minimum of 80,000.00 GBP for the last 3 years.

Minimum level(s) of standards required:
Part 4B5.1 ESPD - It is a requirement of this contract that bidders hold, or can commit to obtain prior to the commencement of any subsequent awarded contract, the types and levels of insurance indicated below:
Employer's Liability Insurance = 5M GBP
Public Liability Insurance = 5M GBP
Professional Liability Insurance = 2M GBP
Where the Bidder intends to sub-contract more than 25% of any Contract Value of a single sub-contractor, the Contacting Authority reserves the right to access each sub-contractor. Should the financial standing of the Bidder and/or any sub-contractor lack evidence of the suitability of the Bidder to undertake this contract the Contracting Authority reserves the right to exclude the Bidder from this procurement exercise.
Part 4C1.2 ESPD - Bidders will be required to provide 3 examples that demonstrate that they have the relevant experience to deliver the services/supplies as described in the procurement documents.
