The scope of the landscaping contract is defined within the documents, which in summary includes:
- Soft landscaping areas
- Hard landscaping areas
- Winter weather activities
The contractor shall:
- Provide a maintenance programme to cover the specification identified within this document
- Provide a monthly management report detailing scheduled works undertaken, works reports, effectiveness of past operations, defects identified and recommendations
- Ensure all operations are carried out in accordance with statutory legislation, advice and guidance.
