Maintenance of the following existing security systems currently installed within the school:

The London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine (LSHTM) requires a single supplier to maintain the following existing security systems:
— access control,
— intrusion detection systems.
This procurement is only to maintain the systems. The supplier must be accredited with Exacq Vision and CEM AC2000 systems.
The systems are located within our central London buildings.
As required additional compatible installations may need to be added to the system to improve/maintain the security of the School.
Contract commencing in August 2019 for 7 years (3+2+2).

In accordance with Regulation 86 and 87 of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015, the contracting authority has incorporated a minimum 10 calendar day standstill period starting from the day when contract award was notified to the bidders. Unsuccessful bidders were provided with a de-brief of the award decision at the start of the standstill period including details of their bid in relation to the winning bid(s) comprising:
— the reasons for the decision,
— the characteristics and relative advantages of the successful tender(s),
— the score and name of the economic operator(s) to be awarded the contract.
Bidders have the right to appeal provided for within the Public Contract Regulations 2015. Any such proceedings must be brought before the High Court of England and Wales.
