Full details are listed in the pricing schedule. There are 3 different product codes on one contract that expires on the 30th of January 2020. The supplier should confirm that the renewal will be completed prior to this date.
There may be future demand over the next 24 months for additional licences, but no commitment can be given at this time and the Purchaser is not bound to place any further orders after the initial order has been placed.
