The raising of levels within Zone B has been informed by the flood risk mitigation strategy produced during the initial due diligence stage. The platforming works will require the importation of a large volume of engineering fill material. SE is now seeking to appoint a consultant to design a package of works for site platforming, flood mitigation, drainage and other supplementary work.

Statement for ESPD question 4B.1.2 - Bidders will be required to have an average yearly turnover of a minimum of GBP100,000 for the last TWO years.
