The Council may, at its sole discretion and subject always to satisfactory performance, during the first 24 months of the Contract Period, extend the Contract for a further two periods on a year by year basis from 1 May 2022 until 30 April 2023 (the Extended Period) and 1 May 2023 until 30 April 2024 (the Extended Period).

List and brief description of selection criteria:
Inverclyde Council will check the financial status of applicants by means of a Dun and Bradstreet assessment. In order to be considered,
applicants must achieve one of the following:

Minimum level(s) of standards required:
(a) Where the tenderers Dun & Bradstreet risk indicator is 3 or less, the annual contract value should also be less than 50% of the tenderers
average turnover over the preceding 2 years.
OR
(b) Where the tenderers Dun & Bradstreet risk indicator is 2 or less, the annual contract value should also be less than 75% of the tenderers
average turnover over the preceding 2 years.

alternative information and documentation on your financial position should this be required at any point. This information could be required at
selection or in the event that the bidder is identified as the preferred bidder.

Bidders will be required to provide examples that demonstrate that they have the relevant experience to deliver a Technology Enabled Care Call Handling Service in the past 3 years. Examples must demonstrate they have experience of delivering a contract of a similar size and nature.

Bidders must be accredited to the Telecare Services Association (TSA) and respond to calls in line with said Codes of Practice, or any standards which update, amend or replace these Codes of Practice, Such as the new TSA Quality Standards Framework that will come into force in April 2020.
