List and brief description of selection criteria:
It is intended that the final three competitive tenders will be asked to arrange a site visit to two sites of similar scale and area where an interview will take place.
the contractor will be asked to outline the scope of work on each site and the performance measurement that is put in place to meet the contract.

Minimum level(s) of standards required:
This is an output driven contract. Whilst the site list gives a suggested programme of visits, the contractor can amend the programme to meet the criteria. This may result in fewer visits to cadet huts and more to reserve centre. The rationale should be clearly outlined in the tender.
The main specification is detailed under Volunteer Estate Grounds Maintenance Specification, Aims and objectives and general requirements. Clauses 7 and 8 will be the main measure of the contract with clause 9 supplementary . There are no sports fields in the scope, and one environmental area at Paisley which is not cut.

Contractor will supply a programme of works for the selected LOT. Contractor will provide evidence of how the contract will be managed to show completion of works as per the programme and the standard being achieved through service sheets and photographs.

This contract covers the reserve and cadet estate across South West Scotland. The priority works are for the reserve centres followed by the cadet huts.
The contractor must provide a detailed schedule of works that can be issued to the sites for performance.
