Insurance and Related Services 2020 — 23/25
We are seeking to appoint an insurer/insurance broker who will provide services of suitable and adequate insurance cover provision for the group, in relation to property/material damage, public liability, employers liability, professional indemnity, trustees liability, business interruption, personal accident insurance, money, fidelity guarantees and motor vehicles insurance.

This contract is for the provision of an insurer/insurance broker who will provide services suitable and adequate insurance cover provision for the group, in relation to property/material damage, public liability, employers liability, professional indemnity, trustees liability, business interruption, personal accident insurance, money, fidelity guarantees and motor vehicles insurance.
Atrium proposes that the contract will be for an initial period of 3 years with the option to extend on an annual basis, subject to performance, for up to a further 2 years. If the successful bidder does not perform to Atrium’s requirements, the contract may not continue after the first year.

The supplier and any sub-suppliers must provide their company number and must be if an insurance broker registered with and regulated by the UK Financial Conduct Authority or an insurer authorised and/or regulated by the UK Financial Conduct Authority or Prudential Regulation Authority or equivalent indicating the types of insurance/services the bidder is authorised to provide.

Bidders should complete the online ESPD up to Section III, and this will be used to identify and select suitable, qualified and experienced bidders. Atrium has opted to us the global question at Section IV and bidders should refer to ‘Our minimum selection criteria’ in Appendix 1, which will be assessed alongside the ESPD on a pass or fail basis.
When bidders are satisfied that they meet all requirements set out in the ESPD and ‘Our Minimum Selection Criteria’ they should then complete the Quality Questionnaire in Appendix 2 and Detailed Insurance Requirements Costing Sheet in Appendix 3. Please note that the quality questionnaire will be evaluated prior to the pricing document, and therefore bidders should submit a separate, clearly marked, folder for each Appendix to the postbox by the deadline.
