The service provider must maintain registration with the Care Inspectorate Wales (CIW) to deliver the Service where this is required by legislation for the delivery of the service. The service provider is responsible for ensuring that the Service they deliver operates in accordance with the legislation and any guidance associated with registration.


III.2.1) Reference to the relevant law, regulation or administrative provision
