Section III: Legal, economic, financial and technical information

III.1.1) List and brief description of conditions
Sposobnost za obavljanje profesionalne djelatnosti:

a) Gospodarski subjekt mora dokazati upis u sudski, obrtni, strukovni ili drugi odgovarajući,, registar u državi njegova poslovnog nastana.

b) Gospodarski subjekt mora dokazati da ima ovlaštenje za pružanje usluge održavanja i unapređenja Sustava za upravljanje dokumentima i zadacima - Centrix.

Sukladno čl. 260. ZJN 2016 Ponuditelji u sklopu ponude dostavljaju ispunjeni ESPD obrazac, a Naručitelj sukladno čl. 263. ZJN 2016 može od ponuditelja koji je podnio ekonomski najpovoljniju ponudu zatražiti dostavu ažuriranih popratnih dokumenata te će prihvatiti sljedeće kao dovoljan dokaz da gospodarski subjekt zadovoljava uvjete za obavljanje profesionalne sposobnosti:

Upis u registar dokazuje se odgovarajućim izvatkom iz sudskog, obrtnog, strukovnog ili drugog odgovarajućeg registra u državi članici njegovog poslovnog nastana. Naručitelj ne propisuje starost navedenog dokumenta. Gospodarski subjekt ovim dokazom, kao ažuriranim popratnim dokumentom, dokazuje da podaci koji su sadržani u dokumentu odgovaraju činjeničnom stanju u trenutku dostave naručitelju te dokazuju ono što je gospodarski subjekt naveo u ESPD-u.

Gospodarski subjekt dokazuje da ima ovlaštenje za pružanje usluge održavanja i unaprjeđenje Sustava za upravljanje dokumentima i zadacima – Centrix svojom izjavom koja mora biti potpisana od strane osobe ovlaštene za zastupanje tog gospodarskog subjekta.

Vezano za pojam ažurni popratni dokument, to je svaki dokument u kojem su sadržani podaci važeći te odgovaraju stvarnom činjeničnom stanju u trenutku dostave naručitelju te dokazuju ono što je gospodarski subjekt naveo u ESPD-u.
