Patient Pressure Monitoring 2020


II.1.4) Short description
This contract will cover the supply of invasive pressure monitoring kits and haemodynamic monitoring consumable.

These products (Patient and Pressure Monitoring systems) are employed mainly within Critical Care, Theatres, Neonatal and Catheterisation Laboratories (Cath Labs) for the monitoring of pressure, cardiac output, the oxygenation and velocity of the blood flowing through the aorta.

Invasive Pressure Monitoring devices and Consumables

II.2.1) Lot No: 1

II.1.4) Short description
Lot 1 is for the supply of invasive consumable kits for the monitoring of pressure only; both standard and custom kits. Please note, non-invasive blood pressure monitoring options are excluded from inclusion within this lot.

Successful tenderer(s) will adhere to the below basic requirements of kits supplied:

Sets should be made available with a range of configurations including single, double and triple transducers.

Lines must be clearly colour coded, with taps and roller clamps. Multiple lines should also be colour coded. This should be the norm for both standard and custom kits.

Various lengths of tubing need to be available.

A tap should be available on all lines and preferably next to the transducer.

Sets will be made available with 3-way taps as part of the offering.

Single handed operation flushing devices should be made available as part of the offering.

Closed sampling sets should be made available as part of your offering.

This framework is also include clinical and technical support.

Terms and conditions/Activity Based Income (ABI).

The terms and conditions of this framework agreement and any resulting call-off contract is appended to the ITT. These terms include provisions requiring the payment by the supplier of an ABI management charge in consideration of the award of this framework agreement, the management and administration by HTE of the overall contract structure and associated documentation, as well as the requirement to submit regular management information to HTE.
