East Renfrewshire Council are looking to appoint a suitably experienced provider to undertake school classroom improvements at St Ninians High School works will include but not limited to the down takings of existing and complete fit-out of the new classroom rooms including all fixtures and fittings, mechanical and electrical, and associated finishes.
The form of contract will be the SBCC Standard Building Contract, with Approximate Quantities, for use in Scotland, 2016 Edition.
