Similar timescales will apply if the extension periods are taken up. PLEASE NOTE: PROVIDERS THAT ARE ALREADY ON THE DPS DO NOT NEED TO RE-APPLY. In order to be part of the DPS you must complete the attached documents on this notice which will then be evaluated. If successful you will be included in any NEW call offs if and when they are required. Most of the transport will be within Clackmannanshire, but there will also be cross-boundary requirements ranging beyond the Council area. The minimum selection criterion for admission into the Dynamic Purchasing System is successful completion of the ESPD(S). By submitting a completed ESPD(S), Suppliers are confirming that they are able to provide the Transport Services referred to in this notice. Individual journeys and services will be procured by means of Contract Specifications issued as Mini-competitions within the Dynamic Purchasing System These Contract Specifications may detail the requirements as a full transport service, vehicles and/or drivers/escorts or other authorised persons. Suppliers must have the relevant licence(s) or permits at the award stage, that is, a PSV Operator's Licence, S22 Community Bus Permit or Taxi/Private Hire Car Operator's Licence (or equivalents), as well as appropriate insurances. The award criteria may be more precisely formulated at the Mini-competition stage. Any changes will be stated in the individual Contract Specification. This may involve changes to the current 90/10 weightings and further quality criteria may be added. Under the terms of the contracts, successful Suppliers will be required to deliver Community Benefits in support of the Council's economic and social objectives. Accordingly, contract performance conditions may relate in particular to social and environmental considerations. Clackmannanshire Council may work retrospectively with Suppliers to determine whether appropriate Community Benefits have been provided in relation to the value of the contracts made through the Dynamic Purchasing System.
