Assignments: The service of collection, removal and transportation of urban solid waste The service of collection, removal and transportation of urban solid waste consists of: a. Emptying the containers with the appropriate technological machine defined, collecting and removing the garbage thrown around at a distance of a radius of 10 m from each container, cleaning and sweeping with a manual broom the surface of 30 m2 around each collection point, as well as restoring the systemized containers to the designated place. Containers must be placed straight, in a vertical position, and in an aesthetic manner for the urban environment. Then the technological machines carry out the transportation of the waste to the area of their disposal. b. The unit price of urban waste removal also includes disinfection at the end, with lime powder with 5% chlorine content, inside each container. Daily disinfection can be done, after emptying each container, using the disinfection system that every technological machine must have, using dissolved lime powder with a 5% chlorine content. Washing and disinfection of Containers and Landfills The service operator must organize the washing and disinfection service. a. All landfills and containers should be put through a washing and disinfection cycle with a frequency of once a week. The washing of storage areas and containers must provide a sanitizing service to prevent the formation and development of bacteria and/or unpleasant odors. b. Containers for the collection of urban waste must be washed from the inside and outside with pressurized water, using washing solutions. c. By disinfection service we understand the realization of the disinfection and deratization service of the entire external and internal surface of the container. Maintenance and cleaning during the day of the main road axes. Service of maintenance and cleaning of sidewalks and squares, consists of: Maintenance and cleaning with workers during the day of the sidewalks and curbs of the main axes, collecting and removing all small and large waste thrown on the surfaces for covering as a result of commercial and pedestrian activity, keeping street bins clean during the day and the places around them, etc. Vehicles and equipment The service operator must make available for the fulfillment of contractual obligations, (collection, transport, removal of waste) and all the Supplementary Services defined above, the following tools and equipment: The necessary technological machine for the collection and transport of urban waste, as well as the support services, required for the realization of the contract, are listed as follows: 1 Technological machine of cleaning Over 10 ton 12 2 Container washing machine 7-10 mc 2 Staff a. The personnel required for waste collection and transport is one driver and three workers for each machine that collects and transports waste. b. The working conditions for all staff must be in accordance with the legislation in force.
