Two of the vehicles must have four wheel drive (4x4), one must have two wheel drive (4x2) and all must have a fully automatic gearbox. Lot 2: The fire services in Stjørdal and Levanger will, subject to the municipal councils granting sufficient resources for 2021, procure 2 new lifts in 2021. II.1.6) This contract is divided into lots: yes Crew Vehicles II.2.1) Lot No: 1 NUTS code: NO062 NUTS code: NO061 II.1.4) Short description Lot 1: The fire services in the Værnes Region (Stjørdal, Selbu and Meråker) will, subject to the municipal councils granting sufficient resources for 2021, procure 3 new crew vehicles in 2021. The vehicles must be a crew vehicle with room for a driver plus four (4) crew members. If it is sensible, there can be two backward facing folding seats at the back of crew cabin. The final solution must be agreed with the contracting authority. The vehicles must include extinguishing water, a foam extinguishing system and rescue equipment. Two of the vehicles must have four wheel drive (4x4), one must have two wheel drive (4x2) and all must have a fully automatic gearbox. All operating mechanisms shall, if possible, have instructions in Norwegian or symbols that are in accordance with Norwegian standards. The vehicle shall be registered as a lorry and comply with the prevailing regulations on emergency vehicles. The choice of chassis/cabin and engine/transmission must be made in consultation with the contracting authority before the body builder starts work. The vehicle must provide optimum safety for the crew members. Particular emphasis will be put on conditions relating to health, environment and safety. Innovative and future-orientated solutions for HSE will be emphasised in the evaluation. Airbags in the crew vehicle cabin, etc. are wanted if possible. Unless otherwise described in the points below, the starting point for the entire delivery is 'Norwegian Standard SN/K 161 Fire Engine', which will be published in 2020. The procurement is related to a project and/or programme financed by European Union funds): no Lift II.2.1) Lot No: 2 NUTS code: NO062 II.1.4) Short description Sub-tender 2: The fire services innherred fire and rescue (IHBR) and Stjørdal Fire and Rescue Service (SBRT) will, subject to the municipal councils granting sufficient resources for 2021, procure 2 new lifts in 2021. The main assignment is fire fighting in IHBR and SBRT's complex buildings in their regions, the evacuation of personnel and as a work platform for crews in IHBR and SBRT. The specification reflects IHBR and SBRT´s need to aim for good technical solutions as regards function, service and operation. The vehicle and equipment must be designed and constructed for an expected minimum lifetime of 15-20 years, provided that it is used and maintained in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions, with an operational time of approx. 250-300 hours a year The design and construction of the entire vehicle must generally fulfil the requirement of being easy to maintain with easy access to daily check points.
