Subscription cancellation

PayPal subscriptions

PayPal subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. You can cancel automatic renewal to prevent future automatic renewal charges. Your paid subscription access continues until the end of your existing paid subscription period.

To cancel your subscription:

• Sign in to your OJEU Finder account.
• On your account page, choose Cancel recurring subscription.
• On the confirmation page, choose Yes, cancel my recurring subscription.
• Check that the cancellation confirmation is displayed.

BACS and cheque payments

BACS and cheque payments are handled manually and do not automatically renew.
